Launching The Latest Sustainable Denim Wardrobes’ Collaboration – BROADBAND
Consumers are demanding more transparency behind the clothing they buy, and the supply-chain is banding together to heed their call.
Entitled BROADBAND, Sustainable Denim Wardrobe’s newest capsule collection brings together an international line-up in order to showcase the best in design ideas and the latest production techniques. Fabrics selected for BROADBAND’s see TENCEL™ Lyocell and TENCEL™ x REFIBRA™ Lyocell as standalones, as well as blends with cotton, linen, recycled cotton and spandex.
The collection is named to reflect the fact that modern denim is such a melting pot of fibers, fabrics and finishes, which is reflected in the two contrasting categories.
SOFTWEAR includes the familiarity of feminine and functional TENCEL™ Lyocell denim fabrics, with design input from Escuela de Arte Superior y de Diseño de Valencia.
HARDWARE, meanwhile, delves into vintage territory and traditional tailoring, having received design input from Endrime and garment-making expertise from Blackhorse Lane Ateliers.
Sustainable laundry technology leader Jeanologia supplied both categories with their garment processing expertise.
