Demand for Prosperity Textiles Denim is Up and Rising
In its 23 years as a fabric producer, China-based Prosperity Textile has more than lived up to the literal meaning of its moniker.
The denim fabric manufacturer, Prosperity Textile, is a “successful and thriving” industry leader with 80 million yards of capacity, more than 20 offices around the world and upward of 1,300 employees. Since its launch, the company has been a first-rate provider of R&D, design and manufacturing services to garment clients worldwide.
“Our mission is to provide customers the best one-stop fabric sourcing solutions,” the company’s website notes.
With fabrics ranging in weights from 5 oz. to 15 oz., it seems Prosperity is well on its way to accomplishing its mission. The company’s fabrics are ideal for everything from heavyweight bottoms to lightweight shirting, thus making the company capable of easily fulfilling the production needs of men’s wear, women’s wear and children’s wear clients.
This year, Prosperity Textile was named ISPO Textrends winner for innovative fabric developments, and in February, the company presented its three award-winning fabrics at Première Vison in Paris.
Two of the award winning fabrics include Lenzing Fibers

- Style #PS0360B01-BRA is using TENCEL™ Modal in both warp and weft to deliver a ultra-soft hand in 8.5 oz weight, 56% cotton/ 42% TENCEL™ Modal/ 2% spandex
“The Première Vision Paris show presents our team with an excellent opportunity to showcase our latest range of denim and casual-wear fabrics,” Gu Xiang, general manager of Prosperity Textile, said. “Textile has changed, and our award-winning fabrics are exactly what the market is demanding, to combine styles with the latest innovations for soft hand feel, ultra-stretch and better performance.”
